IT Support Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates
Maintain and monitor the computer network and systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues
Office 365 support
Hardware support including pcs, laptops and printers.
Qualifications / Competencies Required:
3rd level qualification in an IT related discipline OR relevant experience an IT Support / Technician / Administration Role
An understanding of an ERP system like SAP would be a distinct advantage.
High level of knowledge on hardware, networks, network security, software management.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Excellent technical, problem diagnosis and troubleshooting skills is required.
Ability to lead / develop an I.T. plan for an expanding company would be beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing technical advice to staff.
