We not allow sellers to place adverts for Fake, Cloned or Copycat Goods including Cloned or Fake Debit or Credit Cards. Please note we will delete without notice ads that dont follow our rules.  

We also do not allow people to advertise Loans or Money Services unless based in Ireland and hold a Irish licence to offer such a service. If you are based outside of Ireland, we cannot let you advertise this type of service / business. If you place ads for such a service without our Approval we will remove your ads, block you and permanently ban you. 

My Marketplace also do not allow sellers to place adverts for Tobacco or Cigarettes in any form let it be Cigarettes, Tobacco or Anything similar. If you do place an advert for these items, your adverts will be removed without any notice.

My Marketplace is a fair and social place to advertise your business.  We do NOT allow anyone to place Negative or False reviews about any business or person. If you do this, we will permanently ban you.
