Sales Administrator Job Description :

As a Sales Administrator at Pure Oil, you will play a crucial role in supporting our National sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales processes. Your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to :

Job Description

  • Customer Account Activation & Setup: Accurately create New Customer accounts and manage price files associated with those key account.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and facilitate sales activities, including preparing sales reports and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
  • Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge: Acquires over time an in-depth knowledge of key customer accounts to offer support when required.
  • Maintenance: Maintain standards and procedures related to information captured in Pure Oil’s CRM & Logistics platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Sage Knowledge an adavantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to €35,000.00 per year
